  Eric and Shana have to be the most disrespectful, arrogant employees I have ever come across. Sprint should be ashamed to have them represent their name. Shana broke my charging port while I was in the store and they told me I would have to use my insurance and wait 7 business days to receive a replacement phone. Eric, the store manager never once looked up, smiled or said hello while we were in there. When I questioned him about he replied "it wasn't his job and he wasn't required to" Nice customer service skills....
