  I should have read these other reviews before going here... The workers here have no idea what they're doing. You pay them cash to get a stainless steel fridge and they order you a black one and then deny you cash refund. I rented a Menards truck, had a buddy spare a few hours to help me move a new fridge ordered by this sears store, and when I finally get there to pick it up: it's the wrong fridge. AND it wasn't a shipping error, the brainless employee that looked like a borderlined heroin addict put the wrong code for the fridge type. Well done putting a 9 in place of a 3... So I return the truck, go back to get a refund and they can't give me one so I have to come back Monday. I said 'screw that, call your boss', which the pimpled mouth-breather did and within a few seconds refunded my money to my bank card. It's just ridiculous that after all this checking and double-checking they can't even put in ONE NUMBER CORRECTLY. And did they offer any kind of retribution for my wasted time and money? Nope! "Duh, sowwy!" is all I got before the child behind the counter started giving me an attitude when he's the idiot that doesn't understand how bad they just screwed up. I'm never shopping there again, I'd never recommend them to anyone. If you're buying an appliance, do it ANYWHERE ELSE!!! This is all a 100% true story.
